Terms of Service

GenZab is a software product owned and operated by Veenabha Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, "GenZab", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Veenabha Private Limited, and "you" refers to the person or organisation using the service.

By creating an account, accessing, or using GenZab in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GenZab is available to users aged 10 and above. If you are under the age of 18, you may use GenZab only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, or through an institutional account provisioned by your school or coaching centre where applicable. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password or let others access the service through your login. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us through the contact page without delay.

Institutional accounts are provisioned and managed by an administrator at your organisation. Roles, seats, and credit budgets within an institute are controlled by that administrator.

GenZab is an educational productivity platform. It generates worksheets, answer keys, and predicted papers using artificial intelligence, and provides access to a library of past year examination papers and a community collection of shared resources. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we improve the product.

GenZab runs on a single credit type. You spend credits when the AI generates something new for you, such as a worksheet, an answer key, or a predicted paper. Browsing past papers, viewing the public collection, and re-downloading your own previously generated files do not cost credits.

Credits can be purchased as top-ups or refilled through a subscription plan. Combining or merging selected questions from past papers into a single bundled PDF is a separate one-time payment processed through our payment provider, not a credit action.

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.

Your use of GenZab is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, you agree not to use GenZab for unlawful or harmful purposes, not to scrape or automatically extract content, not to attack or overload our infrastructure, not to reverse-engineer the service, and not to resell or redistribute our content without our written permission.

All content, worksheets, papers, branding, and software made available through GenZab are the property of Veenabha Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and classroom educational use. Sharing and sending worksheets among friends, close colleagues, or students is permitted.

However, any commercial reselling, public redistribution for profit, or enterprise-level syndication without our express written permission is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to copy, redistribute, or resell GenZab content commercially or for monetary gain will invite immediate legal action.

Any attempt to web-scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attack our servers or infrastructure will invite swift legal action under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (Indian Penal Code).

Generation on GenZab is powered by third-party AI providers (for example, Google Vertex AI and Gemini). When you submit a prompt or document, your inputs are processed by these providers to return the generated output. We log your inputs solely to provide and personalise the service. We never train AI models on your data, and we do not sell your personal data.

GenZab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing generated material before relying on it, especially in any academic or assessment context. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veenabha Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use GenZab. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veenabha Private Limited and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to GenZab if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or engage in any activity that harms GenZab, other users, or our infrastructure. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Certain provisions, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of GenZab after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of GenZab shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
