Refund & Cancellation Policy

GenZab is an instant, digital, AI-generated product. When you spend credits, the output is generated and delivered to you immediately, and the underlying compute is consumed at the moment of generation. Because of this, all sales are final and there are no monetary refunds for credits or subscriptions.

We only want you to pay for generations that actually succeed. If a generation fails or is unsuccessful, the system automatically returns the credits for that job to your balance. You do not need to request this; our pipeline detects failed jobs and refunds the credits automatically.

This is a credit return, not a monetary refund. The returned credits can be used for another generation.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, so you will not be charged again once the current billing period ends. Cancelling does not trigger a partial monetary refund for the current period. Note that any accumulated rollover credits will expire exactly 7 days after the billing cycle ends or the subscription is cancelled.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a generated worksheet due to verified AI errors or formatting glitches, you can raise an issue through the contact page within 3 days of generation. Our team will audit the output and refund the credit cost to your account balance if applicable.

If a charge appears wrong, you were billed more than once for the same purchase, or something critical feels off with your account, please report it through the contact page within 3 days of the transaction. We review billing errors promptly and will resolve confirmed mistakes on our side ASAP, typically within 2-3 days.
