What GenZab collects, why we collect it, and how we handle your data.
Last updated: 26 June 2026
GenZab is operated by Veenabha Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use GenZab.
We use your data to provide and personalise the service: to generate the content you ask for, to tailor recommendations and defaults to how you work, to maintain your account and credit balance, to process payments, and to keep the platform secure and reliable.
We do log your inputs so we can deliver and personalise GenZab for you. We never train AI models on your data, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
To run GenZab, we share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:
We use cookies and similar session technology to keep you signed in, protect requests against cross-site request forgery, and remember basic preferences. These are necessary for the service to function. We do not use them to sell your data or to build advertising profiles.
We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active, so you can access and re-download your work. We retain usage and payment records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
We protect your data with session-based authentication and rotating refresh tokens, CSRF protection on state-changing requests, bcrypt-hashed passwords (never stored in plaintext), and encrypted storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard your information.
You can access and update your account details from your profile, and you can delete your account at any time, which removes your data. For any other request, such as a copy of your data or help with deletion, reach us through the contact page and we will assist you.
GenZab may be used by people aged 10 and above. Users under the age of 18 should use the service with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, or through an institutional account where applicable. We do not knowingly collect more personal data from younger users than is needed to provide the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product and applicable law evolve. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, having exclusive jurisdiction. For any privacy question or request, contact us through the contact page.
